• Installing, testing and asset recording of large and small-scale sewer and water mains, refurbishments and CCTV inspections in all sorts of commercial, industrial, and residential settings including vacant property blocks and new real estate subdivisions.
• Inspecting new and old sewer manholes and other maintenance structures requiring detailed written condition reports with multiple photographs, internal and external dimensional measurements and defects analysis with considered recommendations for repairs and costs to implement.
• Constructing box section culverts under roadways and across creeks, drainage channels and drainage pipework of any size and material type.
• Reinstate large construction areas in new property subdivisions with our fleet motor graders, padfoot rollers, scrapers and compactors to site finish grades and slopes when ready for sale or further development

• Quote or tender on work we cannot expertly perform or promising to deliver results to any customer that we know are unachievable.
• Not provide you the name and contact details of a satisfied customer whose job need we fulfilled was either identical or like yours if you ask us for that.
• Put any question, complaint, concern, or good suggestion you may have as a new or established customer in the too hard basket and fail to answer.
• Look for ways to claim cost variations to firm price quotations we provide customers when such claims are unreasonable or not warranted under the terms of agreement.
